• ADDRESS:         38 West 38th Street, 3rd Floor Loft, Manhattan, NY; between 6th & 5th Ave.  Press buzzer # 3 & then the green bell symbol;  pull the door after you hear the "welcome please come in" door message; take stairs to 3rd floor.  Don't use the elevator!

• EVENT VIBE:      Mid-week play event for daddies & young guys of all races/ types, age 18+, that dig daddies & uncut meat.  5pm - 7pm: Suckfest oral group meets in main room;  5pm - 9pm: Full action backroom open.
• AMENITIES:      Clothes check, c/l, sodas, snacks, water, dark backroom for anonymous play, red-lighting in main room, 2 restrooms ..hot action provided. Check cell phones/ valuables in numbered plastic bags or bring a gym bag.  
• WINTER DRESS CODE:   Briefs, jockstraps, gym shorts with tank tops, t-shirts, thermals, sweat shirts or leather harness or less are OK.
