• Cost:               $25.  (Free b4 9pm for the 50 men that attended the Fri, Jan 2nd party in Brooklyn).
• Address:        38 West 38th Street, 3rd Floor Loft, Manhattan, NY; between 6th & 5th Ave.  Press buzzer # 3 & then the green bell symbol, pull the door and take stairs up to 3rd floor. Don’t use the elevator
• Winter Dress Code:      Briefs, jockstraps, gym shorts or less. Leather harness, tank tops, t-shirts, thermals, Covid style Masks are OK.
• Every Sunday in January  - inviting men of all races age 18+ to come in, strip down & play with a friendly mix of Black, Latino, White, Asian, Middle-Eastern and Mixed Gay + Bi men.   Looking for more Black Tops  that can show up b4 9pm to fill holes of all races.  
• Dark Backroom for anonymous play, red-lighting in main room, c/l, sodas, snacks, play benches, 2 restrooms ..hot action provided.

8+ HUNG / HOT JOCKS PARTY @ MANHATTAN:   

During the January parties my volunteer team of fluffers will help find for 50 in-shape/ 8+ hung Top/ Vers men to to attend this XXXclusive party.  Drop by our parties to apply in person or DM hot pics/ stats.  Hit the gym to work on your gut & but to make the cut for this event or  just attend my Open Door events.
